China!
So finally I have arrived in China, and what a journey it has been. First our flight from Bergen to Oslo was cancelled so “Team Blitzkrieg” band members and I had to split up. Three of us run to get on a different (full booked) flight to Oslo, and the other four was left behind, not knowing if there would be a flight they could catch. After 45 minutes in the air we landed safely in Oslo, and I switched on my mobile phone and the following text came up: “we are on our way to Oslo, everything ok”. So we all made it to Oslo in time, and we all felt relief knowing we were safely on our way to Beijing via Stockholm!
The flight to Beijing was ok, I watched “fantastic four”, ate dinner, slept a little, ate breakfast, seven and a half hours went by quick and soon we landed in Beijing. We were all smiling and tired and warm and happy, and went to get our luggage. We waited and waited. Our luggage was not there….. all our instruments! So after three hours trying to explain to the luggage office what had happened, we went outside to meet our guide Ice. We were so so tired now. He was smiling and was very happy to finally meet us.
We went to our fancy hotel “Gloria Plaza hotel” and just fell asleep on our fancy beds.
Later on that same night we meet Kang Mao, the amazing singer in the Chinese band SUBS. She is so cool, and she took us to this club called “Mao live house”. We had some drinks, saw a Swedish band and talked to a lot of cool Chinese people with tattoos and long hair. And then, we slept like babies, and I dreamt of lost luggage and crazy fast- talking Chinese people….

"Signs and Fiction" ut i Kina / album release in China!
Signs and Fiction will be released in China in August 2007 and Heidi Marie will be touring China in September 2007. Tour dates will be updated soon!
I august 2007 slipper October Party Records i Beijing/Kina albumet:Signs and Fiction av Heidi Marie Vestrheim. Heidi Marie Vestrheim melder seg da inn i rekken av de aller første norske artister som slipper plater i Kina offisielt.
Albumet slippes i august og i september 2007 drar Heidi Marie Vestrheim på turne i Kina for å promotere albumet sitt, Hun skal turnere sammen med Team Blitzkrieg, et annet Bergensband som også har sluppet plate i Kina.
I was voted “gay person of the year 2006”!
I am very proud and happy to announce that two nights ago, I won the price for “gay person of the year 2006”. The award ceremony was the opening event for “Skeiv i slapsen” a yearly gay happening here in Bergen.
Thank you so much, it means a lot to me, and I just want to say to all of you: be honest and be yourself!!

Christmas is comming....
....everybody is running around preparing, and here in Bergen it's just no sign of winter, I mean, it's been raining straight for about 50 days, it's like a hustle to go outside. I just hope you are all fine and not to stressed running around buying a lot of gifts, and cleaning your houses…. What makes a beautiful house you know, are the people inside if it.
I will be touring after Christmas, in Feb./March when you are all back to your normal everyday life, and I hope to see you all out there on the road!
